The Chalet is a 3535 sq. ft. two story luxury vacation home with three levels. It is located at 207 Snow Meadows Circle, Garden City, Utah 84028, about a block from the main highway. The road and driveway are kept open year-round for the convenience of our guests.

The house stands on a quarter acre lot allowing for lots of space for games and such in the backyard. The open fields behind the house have cows and horses grazing in them and are often visited by deer coming down from the local hills. Oh, the lake is particularly lovely with the sun reflecting off its surface!

It is licensed to sleep 24 people with children under 3 not included in that count. Our guests often wonder why there is a limit put on the number of people who can sleep in this house. Well, the Fire Marshall and city officials have a formula to determine the number of people that can occupy the premises and get out safely in case of a fire or other disaster. This does NOT mean that our guests cannot invite more people over during the day to enjoy the ammenities of The Chalet.
